Why not use my Pigma Micron Pen Sakura after a few Stop not working?

I Humidity affects probably think. The ink is dry. One thing you can do is pop on the top is released. So a pen and some people even add a few drops of water India ink is added. I just replaced the top and then the liquid Over night and then absorbed into the rest of the pen.
